• We do not store any Jira issue data on our servers. All actions are executed in real-time through Atlassian APIs.
• No personally identifiable information (PII) is retained unless explicitly required for support or licensing purposes.
• Session and interaction data are only logged for monitoring and performance optimization.

📦 Information Collected

• Anonymous usage data (e.g. feature clicks, error reports) to improve app functionality.
• Contact details provided voluntarily when reaching out for support or activating licenses.
• No sensitive financial or password data is ever collected or processed by us.
• A service account's email and API token are utilized to securely authenticate API requests to the Atlassian Cloud for certain features to work only.

📝 Data Access & Sharing

• Your data will never be sold or shared with third parties.
• We only access data for support purposes when explicitly authorized by you.
• Any temporary access granted for debugging is revoked immediately after issue resolution.
