End User License Agreement (EULA)

1. Definitions

“Plugin” refers to the Tirrah JSM Elevator, an app listed on the Atlassian Marketplace that integrates with Jira.

2. Agreement Acceptance

By installing, copying, or otherwise using the Plugin, you agree to the terms of this Agreement, which becomes effective on the date of your first use (“Effective Date”). No physical signature is required for this agreement to be legally binding.

3. License Grant

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable license to install and use the Plugin within your organization for Jira purposes, only on devices you control or operate.

4. User Limits

You may only use the Plugin for the number of active users (“Authorized Users”) corresponding to the license tier you have purchased via Atlassian. Each User License is valid for one named user. Additional licenses must be purchased through the Atlassian Marketplace as required.

5. Restrictions

You may not reverse engineer, modify, decompile, or create derivative works of the Plugin.
Reselling, renting, leasing, or sublicensing the Plugin is strictly prohibited.
You must not use the Plugin for any unlawful purposes or in violation of applicable regulations.

6. Data Collection and Privacy

Tirrah may collect limited technical data about your use of the Plugin in order to improve functionality, support services, and offer updates. This information is anonymized and does not personally identify users.

7. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in the Plugin remain with Tirrah. The Plugin is protected under applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tirrah from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from your misuse of the Plugin, including claims initiated by your end users.

9. Warranty Disclaimer

The Plugin is provided “as is” without any warranties. Tirrah disclaims all implied or express warranties, including but not limited to those of merchantability, non-infringement, and fitness for a particular purpose.

10. Limitation of Liability

Tirrah will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to the use or inability to use the Plugin. This includes data loss, business interruption, or other commercial damages—even if advised of the possibility.

11. Use of Brand Name

Tirrah reserves the right to list your company name and logo as a customer unless you specifically request removal. You may contact us at tirrahtech@gmail.com to opt-out at any time.

12. Updates and Modifications

We may revise this EULA from time to time. Updates will be published on our documentation or Atlassian listing page. Continued use of the Plugin after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
